How quickly can you collect?

Typical collection window is around 60–90 minutes of booking for local jobs, depending on where you are and what else is booked in that day. Get in touch with your postcode for an accurate time.

What can you carry?

Parcels, boxes, documents, fragile items, and trade goods, up to one standard pallet (500kg max). See the full Vehicle Load Limits on the Services page for exact dimensions.

What can’t you carry?

Hazardous or dangerous goods, and livestock or animal products. If you’re unsure whether something’s covered, just ask before booking.

Do you cover the whole of the UK, or just Derbyshire?

Both. Regular same-day cover across Ripley, Belper, Alfreton, Heanor, Ilkeston, Eastwood, Derby, and Nottingham — plus long-distance same-day runs anywhere else in the UK. See Areas Covered for more detail.

Do you do multidrop or Amazon-style rounds?

No. Every booking is a direct point-to-point job, not a shared route with dozens of other stops. That’s a deliberate choice, not a limitation.

Are you insured?

Yes — Goods in Transit cover up to £10,000, Public Liability up to £2,000,000, and a current Basic DBS check held. Insured for hire and reward as a professional courier.
